Clubhouse

The planned clubhouse will span approximately 20,000 square feet and is designed exclusively for the residents and members of the Coral Springs Golf Club.

Designed in traditional style with dark woods and custom fabrics, the clubhouse plans to feature a restaurant, golf pro shop, recreational facilities including a fitness studio, locker rooms and lounge as well as a private dining area with space to accommodate meeting rooms and social room.

Golf

The expansive 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course is set with Men's, Women's and Championship tees between 5,850 and 6,917 yards.

This historic course has provided challenging rounds to some of the greats like Lee Trevino Raymond Floyd and Arnold Palmer and will be once again in prime condition for future residents and members after the planned renovations. The course intertwines throughout 156-plus acres of the neighboring residential community and features many pristine lakes creating a picturesque backdrop.

   
Pool Area

Design plans for the pool area include lush tropical landscaping surrounding the lagoon-style pool and Jacuzzi.

The island-style setting creates an oasis feel for residents and members as they will be able to relax poolside in chaise lounge chairs or retreat in one of the planned cabanas.

Tennis

Plans include four hard surface tennis courts as well as a tennis pavilion providing ample shade and cold water. For the tennis enthusiasts of the community, club round robins and competitions with other local community tennis clubs may also be available. The tennis courts will be available to residents and members alike.

Dining

The clubhouse will be designed as the focal point of the community and bringing residents and members together will be the expansive full-service restaurant. The restaurant will be available to members and residents for lunch and dinner as well as continue the tradition of themed dinner engagements and monthly buffets. The bar will also be available "at the turn" or for cocktails after a round.

Fitness

For an invigorating workout or to loosen up before a round, the clubhouse plans to feature a fitness studio designed with cutting edge work-out equipment including free weights and cardio-machines.
